DSC_2377 Southwest Harbor, Acadia National Park.jpg
Southwest Harbor, at the mouth of Somes Sound in Acadia National Park, offers a protected haven for a large fleet of pleasure boats and ready access to the Gulf of Maine and the archipelago of islands to the south and west. In this image, the harbor is filled by the late afternoon sun and the vestiges of a recent thunder storm lingering in the sky.
